Deleting your data

Last updated 13 August 2026

You can remove Clock Off's access to your Facebook advertising immediately, and have your account and all stored data deleted on request.

1. Revoke Facebook access — takes effect immediately

Either of these disconnects us from your advertising account straight away:

  • In Clock Off, open the setup screen and press Disconnect. This deletes the stored access token on the spot.
  • On Facebook, go to Settings & Privacy → Settings → Business Integrations, find Clock Off, and remove it.

Once revoked, we can no longer see or change anything in your advertising account. Campaigns already created stay in your ad account and remain yours to manage or delete.

2. Delete your account and stored data

Email hello@clockoff.ai from the address you signed up with, with the subject “Delete my data”. We will confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

  • Your name, email address and password hash
  • Your business details — address, branding, budget and setup answers
  • Your stored Facebook access token, ad account id and Page id
  • Your membership of the business record created at signup

What we may keep

We may retain records we are legally required to hold, such as billing and tax records, and anonymised statistics that cannot be linked back to you. Anything created inside your own Facebook ad account — campaigns, ads and their performance history — belongs to your account and is not ours to delete; you can remove those in Meta Ads Manager.
